Fair Dates: Friday July 23, Saturday July 24, and Sunday July 25, 2010
Arena Times: Friday 5 p.m. – 10 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Outdoor Exhibit Booth:
- 10’ – $35 + $1.75 GST for 3 days
- 15’ – $52.50 + $2.63 GST for 3 days
- 20’ – $70 + $3.50 GST for 3 days
Commercial exhibitors/vendors must have their booths open by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2010 and must not be removed before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 25, 2010.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL BOOTHS AND REFUSE COMMERCIAL EXHIBITOR/VENDOR PARTICIPATION BASED ON OUR FINDINGS WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.
AS OF Jan. 2006, HYDRO INSPECTION IS MANDATORY OF ALL HYDRO CONNECTIONS AND SUPPLY CORDS and “MUST MEET CODE”. INSPECTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE, Fri. July 23th AT APPROXIMATELY 4:00 p.m. ANY VENDOR NEEDING HYDRO AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSPECTION FEES.
Exhibitors must forward the full amount for applicable space plus GST on or before July 9, 2010. Cheques or money orders are to be made payable to the DRESDEN AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY and mailed with the bottom portion of this contract to the Secretary-Treasurer, P.O. Box 790, Dresden ON N0P 1M0. Any personal information, photographic representation/likeness collected by the Dresden Agricultural Society (DAS) regarding commercial exhibitors/vendors will be solely used for the purposes of promotion of the DAS and Dresden Exhibition and for the maintenance of their files and data base. Any commercial exhibitor/vendor realizes that when they agree to take part in the DAS and Dresden Exhibition, that their personal information, photographic representation/likeness may be published for these reasons only. No collected personal information, photographic representation/likeness will be sold or transferred to any outside party for any reason.
