Fair Dates: Friday July 27, Saturday July 28, and Sunday July 29, 2012
Arena Times: Friday 5 p.m. – 10 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Outdoor Exhibit Booth:
- 10’ – $40+ $5.20 HST for 3 days
- 15’ – $60.00 + $7.80 HST for 3 days
- 20’ – $80.00 + $10.40 HST for 3 days
Commercial exhibitors/vendors must have their booths open by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2012 and must not be removed before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 29, 2012.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL BOOTHS AND REFUSE COMMERCIAL EXHIBITOR/VENDOR PARTICIPATION BASED ON OUR FINDINGS WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.
AS OF Jan. 2006, HYDRO INSPECTION IS MANDATORY OF ALL HYDRO CONNECTIONS AND SUPPLY CORDS and “MUST MEET CODE”. INSPECTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE, Fri. July 27th AT APPROXIMATELY 4:00 p.m. ANY VENDOR NEEDING HYDRO AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSPECTION FEES.
Exhibitors must forward the full amount for applicable space plus HST on or before July 13, 2012. Cheques or money orders are to be made payable to the DRESDEN AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY and mailed with the bottom portion of this contract to the Secretary-Treasurer, P.O. Box 790, Dresden ON N0P 1M0.
